Have been there numerous times for lunch - because co-workers like it. Food is OK - NOT great. Twice I have had blizzards that were not mixed well. I mentioned it to the people behind the counter each time and they said OH? Offered nothing to make it right.
Chicken strip basket is good but they are super slow. Went in today and ordered a $5 chicken strip basket and I got there a little after 12. Didn't recieve my food till around 1240 and my bf had to get back to work too. Should've offered something to make it right or a refund
I dislike that when eating in, you usually get your ice cream before the meal, so it sits there melting.
I am happy with the customer service and the food was hot and delicious. I ran into an issue with my debit and had to call the bank to get things straightened out. They manager was accommodating and asked if I was ok. They offered to remake the food because it took me a few minutes to get the situation taken care of, but I told them the food is great and thanks for the offer. I'm just very pleased with the service! Thanks DQ!
Just paid $17 for two meals, asked for sweet tea, get to the window and didn't get sweet tea. Then they told us oh yeah we don't have sweet tea. Got our food and our burgers taste two hours old, so cold the cheese wouldn't melt. The only good thing about this place was the woman at the window, and how polite she was. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Great place to eat had a great environment very clean. Very fast and right off the interstate.
