During our check in the front desk lady was extremely friendly and accommodating and made it as smooth as possible for us -amcgra. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast had decent choices for a variety of options. No complaints!
When I got to my room and began to draw a bath for my 2 year old son the water was scolding hot! I called down to the desk Subrina informed me that I needed to let the water run, turn it off, turn it back on but, very slowly. After attempting this 3-4 times I gave up and my son and I went to bed. I thought to myself, great $107 for a room and I can't even take a bath or shower.
The ONLY reason I gave this 3 stars was the kind woman who worked the following morning. She was super warm and welcoming. I thought I had lost my keys, called down to the desk. She was about to go search the parking lot when I found them, and quickly called back down. This woman had some seriously superb customer service skills! If she's not already management they should seriously consider making her management!
All right. Well established bed and good room arrangement. Breakfast is good too.
I arrived around 9 pm. The employee Subrina was definitely no ball of sunshine. She was indifferent and somewhat rude.
The rooms are very dark. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the breakfast did not taste good. The orange juice was like water. Pay more and start elsewhere. There is no elevator for the second floor.
Not bad. Nice breakfast, like all Choice Hotels. Although, they realy should move the hot food away from the AC. Friendly staff, clean. Worth it.
