Wife and I went in to purchase a new dishwasher. After answering a few questions we left with info on how to get the best out of the one we have at home. It's still working nicely after 3 years.
Nice local business who has an excellent service department. They will also talk you through repairs, and answer any questions if you are a do it yourself type. I went in to buy a new refrigerator, and they asked me a few questions, and I got it repaired in my home on the same day, They had parts in stock, plus It did not cost me an arm and a leg either. I will call them, whenever I need repairs!!
Once again I recieved Amazing service and great customer care from Lichti's. Went in looking for a new washer and had a specific model in mind. Left with a diffrent model, more suitable for my needs, and a lot of valuable information on changes to my Laundry routine to keep my new machine running longer. Also super pleased with their delivery people. Showed up on time and very personable. My experiance will keep me returning to Lichti's for all my home needs.
I had some questions about canning on a glass top stove and they were more than informative. They are polite and helpful. I'm very glad I got the information that I needed. I was afraid I was going to have to get a different stove. Excellent visit.

We had a very difficult time getting our dryer repaired. After I called to request service, it took multiple weeks before someone could come out, and I was given no estimate as to what day or time the service person would arrive. The first day the service person came out I received a phone call 10 minutes ahead of time expecting me to be able to meet him at my house, which was over 20 minutes away. I left work to meet him and waited while he diagnosed the problem. He told me what the problem was and that the part would have to be ordered. Another week and a half later, he came back and installed the part, only to determine that it was the wrong one. He promised I would not have to pay for the incorrect part and that the other part I needed was in the shop so they would be able to come back soon. After not hearing from him for another week, I finally called Lichti's myself, and the got the second repair scheduled. After the dryer was finally fixed, I received a bill for both parts, even though I did not need one and was told I would not have to pay for it. It was difficult to get a hold of someone to discuss my bill once I received it. Lichti's really needs to improve their customer service and the communication within their organization. I gave them two stars instead of one because the service person was polite and apologetic.
