Over an hour in the wash bay, was told I was done, walked around the truck and trailer to notice that the trailer still has salt/ road film all over it. When I had specifically asked for them BOTH to be brushed, (even expecting to be charged extra). When I asked the bay supervisor to brush it, all I got was trash talk from the whole crew. This wash was $140. The Blue Beacon across the street does the same wash for $110. And I hate to admit it, is twice as fast, and did just as good of job.

The place is impressive. This is the third time I have been into wash my truck. With no line except for one in the wash bay it has taken over two hours each time. I hope they can get this fixed.
First time I've been back since the new building. Very impressive! Very rare people scrub trailers anymore, they do here! We will be returning as a fleet for future business!
